Back to Guys Hospital in London again this weekend. We've even started to use the staff canteen there!

British Red Cross Abseil

I've spent the last two days on the roof of the International Press Centre photographing 130 people abseiling down the side of the building. The weather was fantastic and the views over London were amazing.

I was meant to be at Guys Hospital in London for three days, but Saturdays event was cancelled, so just Sunday and Monday it was. This is a great venue for an abseil, the views from the top are awesome, it's easy to get to and, at 450 feet, it's the highest civilian abseil you can do in the UK. If you are going to do a charity abseil, this is the one to go for.
